Most definitely a British invention, the Kurve is a first bike for children, designed to develop balance and coordination. It’s a great way for them to learn cycle skills before they get a pedal bicycle.
The Kurve’s design blends curved styling with rugged construction. Made from birch plywood (sourced from managed forests), it features comfortable sculpted hand grips that fit little hands and 25cm-diameter pneumatic tyres. It has an upright riding position like ordinary bikes and you can adjust the seat height. The steering lock restricts turn to just 30° so young cyclists won’t ever jack-knife.
